1. Orders
By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any delivery fees. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or the address is unserviceable; full refund will be processed if you've already paid.
2. Payments
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and WhatsApp-assisted checkout. Online payment via Razorpay will be added shortly.
3. Delivery
Free home delivery on orders over ₹999 across Rampur Baghelan and nearby Satna. Orders outside the local zone may incur ₹99 shipping. Typical delivery time: 3–7 days.
4. Returns & exchange
Damaged or wrong-item complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 8602940055. Custom-stitched, innerwear, and personal-use items are not returnable.
5. Pricing & taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised activity.
